Select 15 representative flowers from a batch and take one outer petal from each flower. Make a pile from the 15 leaves.

Using a sharp knife, cut a small section from the pile, from the center of the leaves to the edge. the section should be about 3 mm (0.1 inch) wide. |
Put the cut out- section in the small test tube. Use the pestil to crush the tissue in the liquid.. |
Using the pipette, apply one droplet of fluid on the test card. Let dry and your sample is ready for sending to NSure |
