NSure’s motto is “Certainty on Quality”. In the first instance this relates to the certainty that we are able to offer our customers about the quality of the products that have been tested by us. Secondly, it relates to the fact that our customers can be certain about the quality of what we supply. Our customers are involved in growing, storing, trading and transporting or processing fresh vegetable products. They range from the individual grower with two hectares of pear orchards, to a multinational that sells deep-fried potato products worldwide. Our customers operate in a sector that often has low margins and high financial risks. For them it is of major importance that they can manage their processes on the basis of reliable information.
NSure provides molecular diagnostics that can be used for accurately mapping the (residual) quality of a product batch or the condition of a growing crop. The test results are communicated with the customer in the form of chain advice and thus serve to support the decision-making process. NSure customers are used to working with a living product. They know that there is always a spread in quality. Not all apples on the tree are equally sweet, not all carnations on the auction trolley have the same vase life. NSure products cannot therefore offer a 100% guarantee, but what one can expect is the highest possible level of reliability. Other essential elements include low costs, rapid result outputs and ease of use.
