NSure starts co-operation with World Flowers

In November 2006, NSure and World Flowers will start a trial to evaluate the RoseNSure quality assay. World Flowers is the UK’s largest importer of cut-flowers, transporting over 600 tonnes of flowers by air each week. The company has long-established close business relationships with the world’s largest and most technically-advanced flower growers on over 50 farms around the world who grow specifically for World Flowers. One of those farms is the Oserian Flower Farm, situated on the banks of Lake Naivasha in Kenya. At this innovative farm the trial with RoseNSure assay will take place. The assay will allow for batch differentiation with respect to Botrytis susceptibility of the roses and will be used as part of the extensive quality control system of World Flowers. At every level of the supply chain there are checks to ensure the quality and standard of the flower. The RoseNSure assay will aid World Flowers in maintaining their high quality standards.
